Maybe someone here can help. I'm not much of a midi person, but I guess
now that I own this machine I'll have to become one. Here's my dilema:
I'm running protools LE on one Mac and Reason on another Mac via an M-Audio firewire 410. Protools is sending midi beat clock to my mpc 1000, no problem, it syncs fine. My problem is when I go out of the mpc and into
the M-audio interface; I've got it working, but I can't figure out how to
stop triggering the pads in the mpc, even though I'm on a different midi
channel. I'm using an old Korg M1 as a controller for Reason. I know I'm
missing something really stupid, but I figured someone here might be able
to point it out. Thanks in advance.
