Jean-Luc Ponty can lay some nice synth samples to use as a backbone for an instrumental track... Great if you're lookin for some RJD2 or Shadow type tracks as well as some of that classic East Coast dark sh*t...

Bill Payne of Little Feat has some interesting Funky Synth lines... Sometimnes corny, but nice if you chop em up right...

My pops used to manage them back in the early 90's...

Nahh It's Little Feat...

Yo ask your pops if he's got any of their albums... For real man you can find some nice loops on those records... I found a couple of breaks on their albums before... And some nice synth samples... Like I said sometimes corny, but nice if you flip em right...

Word, i saw one lyin' around that had a cover of a female tomato in a hammock. I scanned it, but didn't find anything major.
