i hear all this conplaining when do yall make music, all this crying over little shit. i have a 4k with 1.71 and its all i need , plus i made over 200000 dollars since ive had it. all from beats . so you guys keep on this forum talking shit while us real musician make that money man. So to all u shit talkers maybe the mv is for u, but u might find that **** up, too. stop beefing and make beats cause when it comes to music the mp is the shit, but if u just like buying 2000 dollars worth of equiptment just to bad talk it you will never go platinum, and that what its all about. i probaly wont even see yall replies cause im to busy make hot ass tracks.

So you would'nt complain if you get an expensive car that does'nt work as advertised, i mean who needs wheels i could just push the car in front me..

Personally i have'nt had any problems with the 4k but i'm pretty sure there's people who got the 4k because of features it was supposed to have but still does'nt.

So what if you have made this or that much money using only the 4k, there's people who have made much more only using a pen

And... this might come as a shock to you, ...there is actually people who make music because they love it and could'nt care less about the money they could make from it, and just want the instruments to work properly ...nooo it can't be true!!!

not taking anything from the love but why not make money doing what u love, and i love making beats, so thats what i do to live. it started with love but i got to eat too. so what i spent for the love of music is now an investment also. I got a question- if u love music so much why are u doing anything else, its money out there, why not get it. and if your so good why cant one get it? but maybe i dont know what im talking about. but me myself music is my only option, no degree, long police record , **** up but the 4k and music is all i got (well i got a decent recording section too). so im a hungry ass *****, trying to reach a mil, and love to see people dancing and grooving to shit i made. Now, i understand the false advertisement beef, but the big picture is the 4k is a monster even with its short-commings. and in the right hands it has no comparisons.

I feel what u sayin man. Especially in the 1k forum though. All dudes talk about is Os updates. ive said this before but just shut the fuk up and make beats. All peeps do is talk about updates

if you can make money from the music you love it's great...
but there is alot of people making music that.. most people going to clubs would find very hard to dance to... it would be hard to make a living from music that's too abstract, those people usually have 2 options A. start making mainstream music they might not like or B. (like myself) having a normal job to be able to keep on doing the music i love
i'm not saying that these are the only options but it seems to be the most common and sadly A. being THE most common.. i mean there's too many making music for the money... only resulting in boring, washed out pop music wich is bad IMO.

and yes the 4k really is a monster but so is the 2k... it all depends of what you want to do with it...

Who tell's you we're not bitching and whining and also making a living from our music.. Most of us here can do both. man, I b*!tch all the time about improvements and at the same time, run a professional studio, label, produce and tour as a live act every week... just because we spend a little time on here complaining about things we want to see, doesn't mean we're spending no time at all in the studio or not making any money... what kind of a comment is that... I love the mpc, and work with it 14 hours a day, but when I think I'm doing too many work arounds, which take more time than on other equipment, I try to see if there's ways to improve... it's called constructive critisism.... you're critisism was not very contructive and quite vain... I do have an internet connexion in my studio and when I notice something wrong, I say it... full stop

looking for beats rather its hiphop or rnb........So i have been selling
my music.......Its a slow progress but you gotta sit down and come up

I judge peeps music like I already am sitting behind a desk. Does that make me wrong? Is giving feedback that peeps asked for wrong. I dont think being completely and brutally honest is wrong especially if thats what the person asked for. I hate when peeps say post your feed back whether it b good or bad and peeps just reply back saying "Hey dope beat" or "I didnt like that beat"

I dont feel their is anything wrong with giving feedback. Thats the only way to get better. If Timberland first starting making beats and he was wack but ****** kept saying "yo nice beat son" He neva would have gotten to where he is in this life.

That's true, if someone asks for feedback he should get an honest reply...
but it's not the only way to get better, a good ear can be enough.. but lets say u have a talent but no 'good ear' if people and friends cant say what they really think, how is he gonna know what to pratice more on..

Like psitech said: Alot of people making music does not like the music that sells through major labels and such. Music that has no or little commercial value is where alot of people are at, and to ask them to "stop whining and make some money" is ignorant.

You should be happy you like some sort of commercial pop music that moves units and generates deals left and right. But dont knock the people still sticking to their guns doing what they love.
