Grid Edit

Wouldn't it be cool to have the grid edit feature in the 2000xl? Among others of course. I use my computer for deep drum editing but it would be nice to tackle heavy edits away from it.

there's a grid in the 4k... and personally the only thing i have ever used it for is cutting and pasting sections of patterns i have allready recorded, what kind of heavy edits do you mean?
