I was saving some files and a got error which said !fat error. I was not able to save my song and was wonding why that is.

To me it seems like the FAT (File access Table) of your disk got corrupted one way or another/ or it is not accessible by the MPC (or computer, I can only guess but I assume the error occured on your MPC right ?).

the message comes up as i am save on on zip drive.
The message !fat error comes up on the screen of the mpc.It does not always appear just when i have spent time making a song and then go to save it all and comes up with !fat error.so now i save early after makin sequneces and song i want to keep

I get that error after a long night on the bottle.
