for real! it seems like you can afford a more expensive mixer... do it!! anything is better than the UB
I agree...I'm going to get the Soundcraft Compact 10 I think... what do you think? I'd rather not spend more than $200 to tell you the truth.
I have the compact10 and it's alright. It sounds good, pres are good, but it sucks only having inserts on the first four channels. None of the stereo channels have inserts, and those are the channels I use the most. That said, if your not using that much outboard gear its very easy to use and sounds clean.

pics from digital cams with flashes normally look like that if you take em inside.
