unclearable samples question

some site recently had a list of all unclearable artists for sampling.... does anyone have the list or no where ic an find which artists cant be cleared

Not sure. But I have a question. How can a sample be unclearable with enough MONEY??? Is there something in writing that actually states that music from certain songs/artists cannot be sold?

i saw some shit like that somewhere, dont remember where....it had like hendrix and sly and the family stone to name a few

it prolly doesnt have anything to do with money, prolly some other circumstances

i know for a fact curtain artist are untouchable and wont let u use there music no matter how much money u are willing to pay some site had the list just cant remember
