mpc 1000 price drop? $799 new

Print out that page and bring it to Guitar Center. They will price match it to the exact total of $899 with no problem at all.

i went to GC earlier this week and saw the $800 price. i went there today and it said "$899 this weekend only!"

GC has a bad habit of falsely advertising sales prices. Every time I get something in the mail from them, their advertised sales price is actually their everyday price on alot of items.

Anyway, as long as you have an ad printed, they will pricematch it to the exact amount. Just let them know that the $899 ad from Nova Musik doesn't charge sales tax, and GC will mark it down to 700 and change plus tax to total the amount to exactly $899 so they don't get over on you.

in GA the 1k has always been a grand... i negotiated $800 plus tax last May. I took it back 2 weeks later becuase I scored a good deal on a 4k on lamebay, but the deal fell through... then i bought anuva 1k for $825 plus tax(same salesman), and Now... black, white, green, purple, HDD and/or OS vs 3 million... the mpc i own now has become an extension of myself and will never be sold to anyone. it will have some company one day, but it will not go away. amen. 1 nub.

yea i jus got mine from GC it was 900 but after tax around a grand, but i got a holiday recebit, so if the os/new 1k bk comes out with in 30 days or christmas, i can return mine and get the bk if i wanted to
