I thought I would put some work in and made a Snare Kit

but I picked out the snares I liked throuhout my collection.

oh yeah I bout some samples to off of the tutor portion of the site ( none used in free kit)

the deep kicks is excellent

i also bought the hip hop hihats one - also excellent.

Yeah, snares are a funny one - I've got Stylus which has a lot of snare samples packed on it. I can never seem to find one that 'fits' what I want to do. I believe it's a case of having a good dry mono sound to start with and then processing from there.

There's a couple in that pack I'd definately have ago with. I really love my snares - I just find them a bit a b****** to get sounding nice.
