some info on the soul makossa record

apparentlly there are a few different copy's of this record soul makossa record floatin around . here is a little history to help clear it up , for those of you who collect and dig for these type of classics,

u know what really pisses me off, i got this record in a stack of records from a garage sale but it was just the cover. The fukin record was gone. now i keep a scratch record in it.

that sucks binger you gotz to check inside bro, i always look i can pay if i dont check it out first, just a habbit , i check for scratches and correct records.

i got two of mr magic by grover washinton, i was given a collection by my uncle and it was only the cover, then another time tooi got a box of like 100 records and again just the cover , i cant find this record anywhere,i'm always diggi for it but no luck , it's not in my collection yet, but i'm on the hunt

I got that shit in almost perfect condition for less than 50 cents.

i gots to hit up the stores again, i think it's time to change from thrifts to vinyl shops again.

i've been slippin on a bunch of stuff.

i kno where spectre lives is more towards the city , but use over here on the other side of the bay , there's alot of oldfolks and people who overprice shizz sometimes, you can pay for a really beat up record that prolly wont play on your TT and scratched to sh!t it was 75 bucks then droped to 15 and it's beat to sh!t and people wont budge on the price. and then go to a thrift and see it for 1.99.

i got those bulks for free ,but i always check my shizz too man thats my thing , i like to get vinyl thats in good condition, playable you know

but the thing is you buying the whole lot you can't really be too choosy. I mean shit you'll find samples but but you never know you may also come up on an invaders or something.

plus on the soul makossa there are a ton of different versions of it. I only have two. the manu dibango and the afrique versions but there are a ton of them. some of them hot and some not so hot.
