I basicly copped it cuz of the classic vocal "lets go back...waaay back..." sample and of course the crazy dope picture sleave.

I'm just now starting to get into digging 45s...I had only previously copped some on ebay but It's much mo' fun to digg for em when I'm abroad.
In my city you rarely find a nice 45. But I'm starting to feel it
I really need to go digging in Berlin again!!!

P.S.: If you look through the hole of the 45 you can (perhaps) recognize the Blood, Sweat & Tears - Spinning wheel picture cover 45 which I also copped during my stay in Paris

man i dig that troglodyte song that one and it's just begun are ,my favorites. i 've been readin up on jimmy he had made quiet a few records triglodyte hit #16 on the r&b charts in 74,

i here you on that intro too , that was the reason i wanted it back then but then i hear the hole song and it changed everything, it just has a raw energy to it tribal feel that was not in to much music back then , thats why when i listen to jimmy's music it's just hard to beleive that this cat was raw and cutting edge in the early 70's.

In a scorpio related note: I was flipping 45s at my local spot the other day when a strange black/blue cover with Images of a big scorpion turns up.
I check out the picture sleave and its some gay ass band and obviously has NOTHING to do with home boy coffey.... So, what? ..It has an ill scorpion on the picture sleave, why not give it a listen!?!

Turns out hit and flipside are track/instru with a 2 bar break at the beginning. Best thing is: both sides were mixed/mastered differently. So I basicly got the same break in 2 different mixes now. 2 euros . nice cop! Apart from the break the record is pure crap though haha

i dont recall that name antonio carlos- i'd have to hear it to recongnize the song, i got so many beats i get lost i have to hear them first to remeber the name, i hate that cause oi knonw theres times i go diggin and i pull out arecord and it sounds familar but i cant remebr cause i have another name in my head,

like the other day when i bought this castor album i drew a blank when i asked for it , i hate that sh!t you go to ask do you have this record and wam youy just lost what you were thinking, it's just the exciment of find it and having it in your hand, i guess, especailly when you've been diggin for so long for a record,
