Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

sup im new and all. and i come across a major problem

got a major zip problem if anyone can help that be bless.. here we go..
got 2 zip drives 250 USB which is for the PC and the Zip 100 scsi for the mpc..
everything was ok until.. zips started playin up, as in it would allow to to put files from my pc onto the zip 250 usb..
me being new to all this formated all my zips.. which dont work in my zip 100 which is connected to the mpc.. the mpc detected the zip but where it says type its has?????.
so i formated the zips in my Zip 100 SCSI on my mpc.. and now the zip drive on my Pc doesnt even read the Zip, says please insert a disck when i click on it. so now i cant transfer sounds from zip to zip..
hope i aint lost yall.. but im lost .. does ne1 know how i can make the formatted zip work in my PC? so basically i need the zip to be like when i first got it, work on both pc and MPC SCSI, any1.. feel free to add me

If you're trying to get the 250s to read on the 100,that's not gonna happen.Format the 100mbs on your pc under Fat32/Fat,load the files,and then load them on the mp.That should work.

There are a few problems here:

1) You did not tell us what kind and type of computer you are using.
2) You did not tell us what MPC you are using.
3) You did not tell us what OS that MPC is using.

Maybe one of the mindreaders around here could answer your question, otherwise anything said by even the best expert is a haphazard guess.

but i tried to format the zip now. it says "Windows was unable to complete the Format".. how do i do that thing you said about .Format the 100mbs on your pc under Fat32/Fat, sorry mang im a real newbie.. im using Windows XP and an MPC 2000XL, if u could add me on msn or aol, that would be bless otherwise let me know.. safe

When you go to format(on your p.c. zip) it ask you what format type, like it should say NTFS.Just change that to Fat/Fat32.THen you can start loadin' sounds from the computer onto the zip.Walk them over to the mp and load up.
