MPC1000 internal HD

MPC1000 has an internal laptop drive bay (much like the old Roland VS recorders). Anyone else notice the strange looking faceplate on the front? Look for support in a future OS.

also, you seem to know quite a bit about things akai...was wondering if you could recommend the best way to bring up issues to them with the 1000. i'm going to take a wild guess and say that message boards posts are not the move.

sorry im a bit late on this one.. but i must say..that would be pretty ill.. can you save your pgm files to the HD ya think? or is it just to keep samples within the MPC so you dont have to worry about swapping CF cards..if your a cf card gangster..
