I downloaded a few zipped kits and I can't ge them to work but I know it's the zip program I'm useing, PowerZip, cause I used a different one with this same files and it worked fine. There is just 1000's of zip tools out there.

?! Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/Serv. 2003

Doesn't do much for us that have outgrown Windows.

The RAR archive format is what is being talked about.

Not the "TOOL" being used.

Many developers, couriers, hoarders, archivists, etc use RAR type file packing method tools in preference to the ZIP type stuff.

Many even pack ZIP type archives within RAR's for secure and reliable file delivery.

Good to see that ZIPGENIUS supports RAR archives too ... in what ever capacity it claims.

Ditto on the statements made by mr MPC3000 ... Windows isn't the only OS out there.

www.rarlab.com to download the RAR ( and other formats ) packer/unpacker for dos, os2, pocketpc, win, mac and linux environments
