16 levels w/ controller

On a 60...


I have this sound I want to play using 16 levels, and I want to play it using this cheap yamaha keyboard I have with midi. I plugged the midi out of the keyboard to midi in of the 60. When I use 16 levels it won't play out the 16 levels. It just triggers the sounds like normal.

How can I get it to play the 16 levels? Do I need to assign it to 16 pads manually?

You can only use it with the pads. It sucks, I know.

Damn I had a feeling that was the case. I guess I'll just assign it to all 16 of the "D" bank and do it manually so I can play it on the keys.

Learn to use the pads, much better than mapping them on a whole bank.
