My flashcard says its 32MB but it says i only have 1.5MB left even though i have only used 4.3MB of it.

I deleted everything that came on the flash drive before sampling my own stuff....so i should have the full 32MB of space available to me.

Anyone?

Ok i reformatted the flash card again....but after i did that...the stupid stock sequences and samples that came with it appear again...not in the flash memory...but in the internal memory.... How do i delete those from the internal memory?

for the billionth time...second verse same as the first!!!

1.make one change to a program file i.e. delete a wave.
2.Save to internal memory
3.MPC deletes all pgm, seq, wav files before saving so wait till it reaches 100% then turn off the Mpc( its important you do this after it reaches 100% no sooner no later)
now turn your mpc back on and find it free of those pesky pre sets. and ready to roll!!!

hope this helps

Page 84 of the manual explains how internal memory works and how to write to it. It takes just a 'lil bit of thinking, but from the manual you can fgure out how to erase the internal memory.
