SCREEN QUESTION

the screen on my mpc 2000 is fading because i tend to leave it on for long periods of times. my question is if anyone knows if this is something i can replace myself or should i get it serviced professionally?? if so where can i get a replacement?? -im in ny

Try holding shift and rotating the wheel to control screen contrast.

its not the contrast -the actuall screeen is breaking up in vertical & horizontal lines. i can make my way around but its getting worse every day.

Yeah, that's a typical problem, the screens go bad but it's not too expensive to fix. I never had a problem with mine cause I baby it...

If you have to leave your mpc on for hours/day(s) unattended, turn the contrast all the way down.
