erm gunna be buyin an mpc 1000 in the next few months i'm hopin'......jus wonderin how it wud work with my equipment...

i only got an amp,cd player....pc, studio microphone with pop sheild....roland u-8 multitrack and a mic controller that powers phatom power do i need any other stuff 4 an mpc 1000 2 run it???

i am an mc dont no alot bout beat makin but i wanna have a go.....cuz i need beats 2 release a demo i keep usin other peoples instrumentals 4 promo use and i hate doin it.... someone sed get an mpc 1000 so thats wat i wanna do any suggestions or help plz let me know out peoples!!!!#

make sure u go to guitar center and try out each one of the mpc's. Dont take anyones word for it. Your choice should be based upon your own opinion. They all function differently but the same. Personally I dont like the 1k And I would neva get one. I used one plenty of times. I just like the feel of a 2kxl better in my opinion. As far as how it would work wit your setup. All I would say is cop a record player and a mixer with enough inputs. You should be straight for a while

Do what Jac said and go check them all out yourself.Then after you've made your decision go online and cop it for less.Sometimes G.C can be a little expensive but if you can cop new gear then do that because of the warranty.

hey thanx 4 tha replies people.....i live in england n there aint no where 4 u 2 test them b4 buyin so i'll jus get an mpc 1000 and if i dont like it i'll send it bak!!! but do i need mixers n stuff 4 it 2 work or will it work with wat i sed i got !!!!!

ur roland multitrack is part mixer so use that.

what you have is MORE than good enought to get started and keep you going forever as long as you stay creative..
