na I'm guessing they wont give me squat for my New fully loaded Mv 8000

Stores have been so biased towards the Roland Mvs lately. I mean in all honesty,

I think the MV is just as powerful as the 4k or the 2500. I'm just concerned with where the products legacy is heading. If they stop making them, and stop making OS, samples in .MVO format, then I'll be upset POINT BLANK .

Plus the way things look to me , as an outside perspective of Akai, theres so much available to all yall mpc owners. This site is incredible.

btw, Guitar Center should match prices even if the price is online. so, if Alto Music is moving them for $1580 you should be able to walk into GC and ask them to look the price up online and they'll sell it to you at that price (+ sales tax in your state most likely...) they may have restrictions on matching (like it must be a "certified reseller" or some such sh*t) but it's worth a try.

You cant. They cant advertise that price because the are suppose to keep to Akai’s listed price, but once your in the store they can go up to 35% off of listed price.
