you cats round here are all a bunch of lame ass herbs. Newbies are sooooooooo lame its not even funny. Your all gonna defend some dude for some toy status shit. Thats cool. Lets all have big hugs and not battle and let everyone get a im wack but its okay pass cause we gotta be sensitive round here type tip and give big pats on the back for lil feats. Thats real hip hop. Right? Digging on ebay for fletwood mac and finding THAT ILL SAMPLE THAT EVERYONE KINDA KNEW ALLREADY BUT DIDNT REALLY EVEN GIVE A FUK TO POST IT TIP? mang...
Seriously though. Son should check out the breaks.com, get his ass to the record stores and start doign some real digging and research. Its okay to be new, but your man mega got the super newbie i need to post somehting to feel cool award (i really like his post about NY diggers got such an advantage thread.) He makes these posts to start a discussion about some nonsense so he can interact and blah blah blah attention whoreing blah blah blah type shit and really show his age, which im gauging to be round 14 to 16. We all were amatuers and toys at one point but I didnt have the internet to irrate others that actually had a little experience when i was wet behind the ears. I acutally had to go bout trial and error and actually do homework. This is the GAYEST crate digging forum out there by the way. Cats round here are talking about the rolling stones and barry manilow as digging in the crates. Where are the real posts from real diggers that are scopping up the good shit? Like what you know bout yuseff lateff and rassan roland kirk? People like mpc4000 and ede though tried to get shet popping round here and actually posted threads on somewhat rare shit that we all can grow on. But by posting auctions for classic plat rock records and weather report sample spotings, its bringing us all down. Thats why we got a newbie forum round here. So yeah, u come round these parts and act a fool, your toy card is gonna get pulled.
Now see cause im a nice guy imma help this toy. Look for records from the 70's. Look for labels like CTI, Bluenote, Prestege. Look for funky covers like a bunch of black dudes with afros or some shit saying "cosmic" on it. This is a good place to start. Learn names. Learn who plays what. Jazz in the 70s is like how hip hop is today with everyone collabrating with eachover. Like if you find a record with Ron Carter (bass), Bob James (keys), Les McCan (keys), Freddie Hubbard (Horns), George Benson (Guitar), they all roll together and do collabos. So you know your getting decent records. It takes time and you have to do your homework. Some more names to get you started are Lonnie Liston Smith, Chick Corea, Bernad Pretty Purdie. This is how u dig for jazz which is where u get tribe called quest, ditc, beatminerz type samples. Im not trying to scare the lil dudes away, but just understand that most cats in this forum posting here got like 5 years plus on an mpc and diggin. So shit like this gets on our nerves. I mean i can tolerate the newbie shit for a while, but this dude was getting out of hand. Everyday i would read a post about some crazy shit and i would be like

but i bit my tounge. or i would read some shit like,
"i never heard any jefferson starship songs but i like jefferson airplane - do they do the same kind of music? my mom told me they are a watered down version of what they used to be what do yall think..." and it made me want to cry. Thats not diggin. Thats going to a garage sale on any block in any area. These records are a dime o dozen. Get where im coming from?
