My track used on website?????

Hey, I let this chick listen to one of my tracks, and she put it on her photography website. I never gave her permission to use my track. What should I do about that? Should I leave it alone and just apprieciate the exposure?Or should I go after her? I didn't see my name mentioned anywhere on the site. Let me know something

i just went to her site, and i see shes making money off the site, and im assuming thats your beat playing on the main page. You could say shes using your beat to bring people deeper into her site. I dont know man, is the copyright to the beat registered with the government? If it is, and you dont like her making money with your beat, sue the ****. If you dont mind, and your happy with the exposure, give her that beat for free (just make sure you get credit on the website!), and maybe work out some business with her to keep the sounds on her site fresh you know, maybe she could use your beats on a dvd talking about her product also.
