Getting Files Of MPC 1000 To Wav

Hey i'm a newbie, ive just bought a MPC 1000 and havn't got the manual or anything but is due to post through my door any day now, i've made 2 realy good beats that i like and a freind of mine who is a rapper likes, but i am unsure how to get the .SEQ into .WAV, can any body help me, would be great if you can,

you're looking för te resample function
no point to type out of the manual so you better look for yourself
about recording the mainout on page 50
