the dillalizer is the dopest thing since the mpc.
i bought a pack also including the timbolizer, rzalizer, drealizer, alcalizer and the justblazealizer.
that sh1t is f-ucking amazing.

Human quantize, fo sho that's the best way to have a human feel in your drums,ask any drummer.
Sequencer sound mechanical. even when you mess with swing,step edit and shit like that.You spend more time trying to setup something that is really approximative.

madlib does that too, i heard it from a madvillian interview, since the sp didnt have a good sequencer he just loops the sample and played the drums through........im pretty sure thats how most would do it, it only seems the simplist and more time effienciant...or what ever that word is....piece

turn quantize off
quantize grids, resolution, swings, etc... are f***ing up the originality.

i actaully swear by 8th note quantize, but i flip my drums different then alot of people. My drums sound like the have mad swing but straight 8th quantize. Its all in the chop. if you want to hear what im talking bout check out my myspace
