Just wondering, what is the purpose for having multiple samplers in your studio?

more sampling time (ol samplers like the s950 have limited memory)

plus you get another 8 outputs

indeed ^^^ the s3000xl is for sale, the s950s has taken over his job. Make later pics of the other gear (tr505, ms2000, mpc 2000, microkontrol, mixer and pc)

How do you like the 12 bit on drums. I have the 2500, but I'm thinking about getting a 950 also.

I don't know the sound of the 2500. For drums the 12 bit sounds is excellent. Very punchy raw drums. The s950's are very cheap now..
