help w/ upgrading to 1.07

I have a mac, and every upgrade has worked fine except for the latest one, 1.07. I get an error message "Unable to unarchive "mpc1kv107.zip" into "Downloads".
(Error 1 - Operation not permitted.) Anybody now what's up with this error message?

the guys at akai/numark sent me the file in an email too. (after they thought i was an idiot. i don't think they even understood my email the first time let me know if you need it.

They are the idiots for putting a file on their site that doesn't work with Mac. It simple, the .bin file should be placed in a folder before being archived into a zip.
Akai japan had the right OS file on their site but that has already been down for a week now...
