mpc 1000 file format

I searched and can't find the answer anywhere. I use my mpc 1k as the master and reason(3.0) as a sound module. if I record something into the mpc, how can I transfer this to a wave file so it can be open by cool edit or pro tools. If I have to change the format, how do I do that?

Samples recorded in the 1k are already .wav
you don't have to change their format to open them in other software (if the software reads .wav)
