well guys im back .....
i dont know what 2 do ??....im trying to sync my mpc to pro-tools using my digi 002 , as soon as i press play on my digi 002 both pro-tools and my mpc start playing ......but there is no sound. My speakers are connected , the sound bars on my pro tools screen are not moving ...
i connected my K4 keyboard directly to my digi 002 and that works out perfectly, i get sound on my screen and out of my speakers , i called tech support they dont know whatz wrong .

- i recently installed the famous MFC 42 yall think this has something to do with it ???

WTF ????? man i need some serious help... i been trying to sync this Sh#$ for the past 4 days
im about to throw my mpc out the window ......LOL

sounds like it is not connected properly. check all your cables. you got sync, thats half the battle, just recheck all those audio cables.

It's probably sync. I think on the digi 002 there is an "online button". Push it.

i am pretty sure he has sync. if not i apologize, get sync first. but it said he had mpc playing.

I'm thinking about getting cubase SX, i read alot of good ish about cubase sx, if so i get it, would i be able to transfer my work in pro tools?

I don't think you will be able to transfer Cubase files into a Pt setup. I might be wrong though.

Vaio did you have sound from your mpc to PT before you installed the MFC 42? If so that could be your problem.
