Note Repeat problem

For some reason my Note Repeat is not working. the tap tempo works so I know the button works but when I hold it down and hit a pad it doesn't repeat at all. Could there be an option that I accidentaly hit that disables it?

silly question, but is the track playing, and is quantise on....u need to make sure that the track is playing and that some quantise setting on, if its off and if the track aint playing it wont work.

ah thats it! i had the quantitize off. gonna try it out after i'm finished loading up these sounds into it but i think that was the problem. thanks for the help i appreciate it.
