Loading samples: PC--->MPC 1K

I received 3 CDs chock full of samples; mostly drum sounds, beats and breaks. Each CD has the files in folders and subfolders.

Can an entire folder be loaded onto the CFC at once (assuming it fits), or must each individual sample be loaded one at a time?

I'm new as well... but i've done this. Your just transferring it from a different media. Get it off cd, convert it to a usable format (if neccessary) on your pc, hook up the mpc1k via usb. drag and drop, disconnect and start programming it to the pads.
