How many dB do we want to increase by? The 60 and 3000 use the same op amps on the individual outs but the 3000 uses multiple stages. Looks like the 60 will be a little easier to do since there is only one amplifier stage. Now I have to go study op amps again so I get this right. Any electronic guys out there?...

Well I went ahead and did the mod. Here's what I found...
Replaced R54 (Output 1 feedback resistor), incresased value from 27k to 100k and output is much louder compared to the other outputs. I think the gain was 10 and is now about 37. I don't know what this will do to the freq response etc. but it is louder. I'm going to do the rest of the outputs and the stereo outs tomorrow.
