my man, i dont know bout know coventry but if you was willing to travel to london we got a lot of record shops down here, theres sum good ones down notting hill gate that i frequently visit and i hear from my friend theres sum great shops down in soho but i aint had the time to visit them yet....

You know i might just have to head down some time. It's only a 90 minute drive and i could do some shoppin at the same time!

in terms of soho shops, there aint much point tellin names, find your way to "berwick Street" and you will probably pass 10 or so..... however most of these are like teh shops you would go to find like fairly recent stuff .... so not great fo digging (although reckless records has a large selection of old soul/funk/rock records; but be prepared to pay!)

whoever was talkin about shops in notting hill, can you hit me with any street or store names? that aiint my area but would like to check it out....

if you like reggae, theres a decent shop jus opposite to ladbroke grove station.

theres a record exchange in notting hill but i couldnt tell you exactly where it is off the top of my head.

Good luck man....Like they told me, check out some of the sites on the net that sell Break Beat Records.....You can make some pretty hot stuff by using Cool Edit 2.0 as well.()
