what does the swing feature do to ur beats?

It gives you that Primo type of feel to a beat. Example: Majority of Primo's tracks swing and Neptunes' "Grindin' " performed by Clipse doesn't swing. The drum & snare hits on Netunes are pretty much stiff compared to Primo's loose & swaying drum & snare hits. Hope this helps you understand a bit more.
