yes

if i understand what you are saying, you are trying to read your mpc 2000 files on your pc, correct?

yes, that is possible. BUT you need to format your zip disk on the computer in the "fat" file system, so both your mpc and computer can read it. Do not format in an mpc, for the computer will never be able to read it after that (it will refuse to recognize the disk!!).

so your best bet is to get a zip drive for your computer.

i hope this helps

peace

I know. I can also partion the disk, but i can only use partiton a. i must change something in the registry. I also know how I could a rescue a damaged zip disk. I want transfer the samples between my 2k and my 1k. And I hope, that anyone has releas a tool, which with I can read a complete zip disk without copy all files from a d partiton to a a partiton.

but thank you.

willst du die MPC Snd files am Rechner höhren ?

You can in Linux for free but not Windows. I think there is at least one commercial product that can, but I really do not think the expense is worth it. Just load the files on the MPC and re-save to the first partition.
