yo jack you should put the keyboard where your mixer and record player is at and your mixer and record player on the keyboard stand with a piece of ply wood to hold it on there.

I had to take my yamaha kx88 into the repair shop to get the felt replaced, internal battery replaced, and contacts cleaned. Hopefully nothing is seriously wrong with it.

Moved my mpc 60 to where the kx88 was and now i just have the 60 midi'ed. I need to get another 1/4 in cable sense i got mpc editor v3 so i can record in stereo instead of mono.

Don;t sample in stereo into the 60, unless you are going for a specific effect, its waste of memory most of the time, and you have to do it one side at a time. if you mean sample into the computer in stereo, than that's a good idea, but convert to mono wavs for the editor unless you're really after the stereo effect on something.

I've never seen a 60 with the orange line on the slider like that. Pretty cool :D

whats up everybody. i was searching around trying to get some tips on my 2000 and came across this place..seems like a nice board youve got here.
heres my setup minus the 45's, amps and alesis micron

Nice set up jac, i got that same desk.. Did you have to use a drill on yours when you were putting it together?

Nah no Drill. It came with the screws and a screw driver.

Damn thats messed up.. One didn't come wit mine. I damn near broke a few screws and my screwdriver tryin to put it together.. I had to call customer service before i figured out that i needed a drill..
