Yeah, sorry for not checking in... It's not the decay. Like I said I didn't think it was and it isn't. I don't need a tutorial on the amp envelope but thanks!

Well as I have stated before, I have gigs of samples that I have sliced to the way I like them to sound. The MPC is cutting them short and they don't sound right to me.
So now you are aware of at least 1 reason why someone would want the entire sample to play.
no clicks, just smooth transitions between samples. That's all I'm trying to say.
