I called Guitar Center. They carry the On-Stage Stands Mix-400 Audio Mixer Stand, but the location I called don't have them on display for me to check out. I looked back at Jacpot's stand. It's an On-Stage Stands brand, but comparing it to the pic on musiciansfriend, it looks like a different model than the Mix-400. So it's possible the Mix-400 should fit (if musiciansfriend's description is accurate). So if anyone living in the US wants to call the Guitar Center in their area and see if they have them in stock, go and check it out, print up the ad for a pricematch and take it home.

If it don't fit, return it and get a refund. I don't need to buy one at this minute, so I won't. But if anyone wants to take a chance, the most you're gonna lose is travel time and gas money... and that's all.

nah i think they mean width when they say width, and they mean depth when they say length.

From what I can tell, it's a 2000XL on the stand anyway, so even telling us the brand won't help owners of the probably narrower 1000
telling us would help. then we could go look up that exact model and see the demensions. the sides open and close so the fact that he has a 2000xl on it is irrelavant to why i said that.

right. width is measuring from left to right.

yeah, i can see where the confusion lies though, because when they say length, most people would assume that that would be the longest dimension, which, in the case of the MPC1000, is the width, ie left to right.

if they had done a diagram it would have saved all this confusion!
