Is anyone’s 2500 paint peeling off?

The first pic is the right side of my 2500 witch is fine. The other 2 pics are of the left side. which is peeling off and feels like sandpaper. I called Akai and they said they wouldn’t cover it under warranty.

That line was me rubbing my nail on it because it was flaking. The rest feels like sandpaper. i didn’t scrape or rub anything metal agents it or anything.

TAKE IT BACK TO WHERE YOU GOT IT FROM. seriously. that look like some bleach was sprayed on it.

bleach wouldnt do that would it?

yeah its probably best to take it back and get another

That sucks. I would take it back. Mine is still in perfect shape cuz I dont have anywhere to set my gear up right now. It's still in the box. I did notice that its hard to clean fingerprints off of it. Think they used a jacked up paint?
