how do u save a beat as a wav then export it into ur comp ??

yup, read the manual. just sample your main out and save that sample to your memory card. then use usb to transfer it to your computer. simple.

you need to add memory. check the "sticky" topic on the top of the forums for cheaper alternatives than that overpriced akai exm-128. look for Antonym and check his sig. He's got Kingston ram that works fine. just match those specs and you'll be straight. Also, check sparq's videos for installation instructions of you need them.

No. Akai will send a repair technician over to your house and install it.
Just kidding. It aint major sugery. Theres a small lid on the bottom of your MPC with 2 screws. Remove the screws, open the lid and install the ram. Its a 2 minute job.

You can delete all the internal sequences, samples and programs from loading up when you power up the mpc. Read the manual. It's all there.
