Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000
By simcity Mon Jan 09, 2006 5:41 pm
hey, i recently copped an extra mpc2000 for 100 dollas and the scsi drive isnt reading. Im pretty sure it is because the outside is a bit rusty and I assume that I should get it replaced. Do places still do something like this and does anyone have anything I should try before taking it in?

Also, anywhere in nyc area to get the machine repaired? Thanks for the tiempo.

I'm not sure exactly what the scsi fuse looks like but that could be a problem.Try http://www.vstservices.com for a scsi fuse.If that doesn't correct it try to send it in to them and have it repaired. Also check at Armens' i think they can repair it there(Maybe)

Armens' 212-563-4514(NYC)They're in Manhattan.
