Can anyone tell me what I gotta do to stop my 1000 firing up with those aweful factory programs and sequences...its killing me, I've read the manual thru twice and I dunno how to get rid of em...do I need to create a AutoLoad folder on my CF card?

Actually, do a search. I remember Sparq replying to a similar thread a while back with the instructions on how to do that. 8)

yeah I did several searches too, easier said than done I still cannot find how to turn off the loading of the factory seqences and programs? I haven't tried creating an AutoLoad folder on my CF card yet, maybe that will stop it from loading the factory stuff? dunno, I'm at work so I can't try it, would love to know whats up with this before I go home..If anyone knows much appreciated

That's how you do it. Autoload

This is how you do it.

1.press mode
2.Press LOAD
3.where it says load from: change it to INTERNAL MEMORY
4.Make sure your cursor is still in that position and press window
5.another section comes up and go to AUTOLOAD and turn the data wheel to the left and it will say OFF

6.and your problem is fixxed
