compact flash ?

my pc has a compact flash reader/writer built in (pretty cool) anyways, i want to transfer some wavs that i have on the pc but i had a ? can i just transfer the the folder as a whole, or do i have to do each sound on its own. this is my first time doing this, so any help is appreciated.

you can copy the whole folder at once, but you will still have to make programs of the sounds in the folders to load them all at a time.

no problems with folders, even subfolders are ok.

Make sure that the titles are not too long and you have .wav after each title...or the MPC will not recoginize them right.

first of all, thanx for all the help. ok, ive got the file on my cf. btw, does it matter that its the one that came with my 1000? anyways, it keeps telling me that the file name exists, do i wanna repace and change the name. replace doesnt do anything and im having to change everyfile name. i turned autoload off and now it difficult to get to me sounds from the subfolder. im looking at the manual but its not helping me much. thanx for any help. also, alot of the samples are telling me wrong file.
