I am working with a new MPC 2500 and I have encounter this problem:
while in trim mode when I hit the pad the sample will not play in entirety without my holding down the pad. Does anyone know to get a sample to play all the way through with one tap while in trim mode??? its killing me. :x

In the Trim Menu...hold down the Note Repeat button and then hit a pad.

I am not sure if this is in the manual..but I find it to work :D

that means ur having overlap with the start and end point

if you hit open window on the start or endpoint u can fine adjust until it doesnt overlap and sound right
