Anyone working with a 1000 along with a 2000xl?

I am one of the people who sold ther 2000xl to get the 1000. I went through the excrusiating process of converting my .snd files to .wav files.

I was wondering has anyone have the 1000 working in their setup with a 2000xl.

I have to convince clients that the 1000 is a superior machine in a lot of areas.

I am going to copp another 2000xl when and if the price drops just for those clients who want to work on that machine.

iv got both,i got a mcd drive from forat and installed it on my 2xl( no more zip disks!) ...i like the feel of the ol' 2xl much more but the usb of the 1k is great,but since i have flash cards onboth i can switch them to both machines.time stretch& zoning are why i dig the 2xl more aswell,but talks of 2.0 on 1k could solve that,also pendin on how many outs you want could limit you. nowadays these things are coming out with new/better features
but over all my 2xl has been there for me,i would never leave her hehe.(still cheat tho) ha
