I want to treat my studio like a second job. I have tracks that need to be recorded, and projects that I need to complete.. I can't see any cd's if I haven't put the beats on cd.. nahmean? If I could just put in 2-3 hours a day.. even every other day, or just lay vocals to 1 track a week, 2004 would be a much better year. 2003 was good, but I want this year to be better.

ok here my resolution:
i want to quit being a gear whore, get back to the basics, and do stuff with my imagination being my primary instrument.
i want to improve my skills of composition, and my imagination about what kind of crazy things i can do in that.

Resolutions:

1. Stop hittin the veins w/ dat H-Bomb
2. Stop slingin dope
3. Stop slingin ding-dong (gigilo styleeeee)

nahhh.. DEMS IS JOKES!!

For real though..

Put out my album... 2004... the year it begins, the year i start livin'.

Then also learn the MPC for fun (I'm an emcee), and hopefully make some dope beats for the crew I kinda hang with.

Then.. hopefully go on tour in the summer.

I just started in July with reason and FL studio. I really don't like sitting infront of a comp making beats so I got a MPC 1000. But buy the end of the year, I want to have some decent skills. This is the only place where I can get help, I'm stuck in Japan.

Learn how to mix and master like the pros.
Finish and shop my long over due cd.
Become an apprentice in a studio.
Upgrade to a 4ooo(blue) from the 2kxl.
Upgrade my mac to the newest g4.
