Here are the options that work for me:
MPC3000 VGA output to:
1: Old IBM VGA monitor via direct connection = Works fine.
2: Apple Monitor from my old LC2 with a MAC to VGA adapter = Works fine.
3: Viewsonic monitor with a DIP SWITCH configurable adapter ( like you would use with older projectors ) = Works fine after a bit of trial and error to get the pin configuration right.
