auto chopping/slicing

hey,im in a delima about gettin the 4k or the 2500... i was wondering which had a more extensive autochop/slice capability. On my fantom you have different type of parameters for how you can autochop,for those of you who have used the fantom,is there anything like this on the 4k or 2500?anyhow
any pros and cons of eachs slicing/choppin would be cool ..
also does the 2500 look like it has any future for an adat output on it?
or maybe that would be too kind of akai...

No ADAT features for the MPC 2500. The MPC 4000 doesn't have an autochop function. The MPC 2500s auto-chop is very similar to other products out there on the market including the FantomX.

will it let u auto chop accordin to bpm ? peaks? zones? or...?
