it will come off if you do it on the hard plastic.
"it's all good, i wasn't having a go mate, just saying how i'd do it, being a car sprayer for a living! i think yours looks fine, and personally, i wouldn't want mine shiny, so i'd go for the satin lacquer. i would however recommend using laquer, unless your colour coat is made to be a topcoat, because otherwise it will rub off, and the lacquer will seal it, and allow you to wash your mpc, should you want to! tho not with it still plugged in kids!
I didnt think you were really having a go at me, I was just laying out an idea I might want to try. to give it a professional look.
