Screen Flicker w/ hard drive

Have any of you noticed that small flicker that you can barely see after putting a hard drive in?

I noticed right after I put the hard drive in that it was doing that, its not a big issue as long as it doesnt affect the performance but I just thought it was kind of strange.

Id like to hear anybody who also noticed this.
