2000Xl Tutorial that is advertised 4 sale on this site....

I'd buy it if it were $19.95 in it's current ebook form.

$39.95 would be fair for a published bound paper copy with tutorial CD.

If you are serious about learning your MPC 2000XL you should buy the e-book. If not, it is your lost, because the e-book is great. The manuel that the mpc 2000XL comes with is okay, but the e-book it 100% better. So, do yourself a favor and by the e-book you will have no regrets.

I know my MPC...I see this book as more of a "tips and tricks" reference, so it's not really a necessity for me.

If I was just starting out on the MPC2000xl, and wanted to spend $39.95+, I'd get these instead:

I'd get the e-Book instead. I purchased the SP-1200 DVD from Samplekings and it was a waste of money. I would have paid $3 for that DVD. It was funny to see Doc act like clown, but as far as learning anything special...NO WAY. The stuff you see on the site for the SP-1200 was done recently. The stuff you get on the DVD was from like 1988. A waste of $30. I was sad as I think they pitched it well on the site, but not worth the money.

I've read parts of the e-Book and I think that is definetly worth the dough.

Bottom line: If that ebook price was cut in half, I'd be all up in it.

No... no... NO!!! These are the weakest dvd's I have EVER seen! Homeboy and his ashy knuckles and all! If you've seen the videos, you'll know what I'm talking about.
What ever happened to reading and learning on your own? Everybody wants to be spoon fed information. Kids today.... I just don't know.

Yeah, its true everyone wants the easy way out. I sometimes do, but I always pay for it & realize quickly how stupid I was.

I purchased the Sp-1200 DVD becuase I wanted to learn some tricks, but all it was a nappy ass review of the manual. Oh yeah, and he does have some ashy a** knuckles. That was a foolish purchase. I admit it. I've learned much more on the MPC's and the SP on my own through writing.

Also, if you really want to learn something, it wont matter if its in PDF or on a hard copy,...you will learn.

Download the PDF & then get your lazy booty down to Kinkos and print it off. Be wise and have em double side it.
