Creating songs using 1 Sequence

What did you do to fix it...I have the same problem with my synth rack, when I switch sequences to see how they play together the sounds change....I have just been making beats with one sequence and 25 tracks and muting things in and out and then tracking them out to my computer. Please do share how you fixed it. Thanks.

I have a Triton Extreme in the MIDI menu I disabled program changes and bank changes.

By learning the copy and paste features along with some knowledge of song structure you can easily create songs as a single sequence. It's the only way I work as I find song mode is just an extra step that is not necessary. this also keeps the song moving in a linear fashion instead of working with "blocks". I quit using song mode about two years into my MPC history and feel it has greatly improved my workflow. Not knockin those who use it, just sharing my thoughts...
